  • 10:30am – 12:30pm – Diffusion Workshop with Prof. Pierre Alexandre Tremblay (U. of Huddersfield) Open to the public, contact Prof.  for participation or to attend as an observer. Limited availability.
  • 5pm – Keynote Lecture with Prof. Eric Lyon (Virlyonginia Tech) “A Tale of Three Cities in the Post-Acousmatic Age”: What has studio and regional practice meant? What does it mean, and is it perceptible now?
  • — Wine & cheese —
  • 5:30pm – Panel discussion with Visiting Artists, and Audience Questions.
  • Concert of stereolaurie_fiddling_116k diffusion works and multi-channel works, from composers who have lived and worked in Montreal; Huddersfield and Birmingham (UK); and NYC: Bernier, Tremblay, Pohu, Oliver, Hoffman, Lillios, Harker, Pluta, Matthusen, Ariza, and Spiegel.
  • 7pm – First set

Entering NYU on a Sunday: Please enter the Building at 33 Washington Place. All other entrances are locked on Sundays. You will need to tell the guard why you are visiting, and provide an id. Please then follow internal signs/concert posters to the concert location on the 2nd floor of Silver, technically; but please realize that this room is toward the Waverly side–eastern half–of the interconnected Silver-Waverly buildings.
